Valley of the Rainbow

The tour begins driving north, along the same road to the city of Calama, to reach our first destination: Hierbas Buenas. Here we will find one of the most important archaeological sites of San Pedro de Atacama, with the largest concentration of petroglyphs in the area. We will visit the place while the guide tells you about history, dates and techniques used by the Lickanantay.
Then we will continue our journey for about 20 more minutes to the Rainbow Valley, a special place where you can see a multicolored Domeyco Mountain Range, with different layers of green, purple and white due to the minerals found there. We will finish the tour with a small snack while enjoying this wonderful place.
