Date changes
If the passenger changes the travel date, a fee will be charged, which may vary from 10% to 50% of the total value of the package, subject to availability and supplier policies. Please note: this variation in prices depends on how far in advance we were informed of the date change, that is, the closer to the day of travel, the higher the price. Cancellation. Cancellation is understood as the cancellation of the trip or service contracted by the contracting party as well as the hypotheses listed below, which are considered as cancellation.* Cancellation of the trip or the contracting party's failure to appear on the specified day and time, for any reason , including due to illness, the following fines will be applied on a progressive scale, depending on the advance notice given to the Contractor in accordance with the criteria below:
• Up to 30 days before the travel date there will be no penalty, excluding exchange rates only.
• Between 29 and 21 days before the travel date = fine of 20% of the total value of the package
• Between 20 and 11 days before the travel date = fine of 50% of the total value of the package
• Between 10 and 7 before the travel date = fine of 80% of the total value of the package
• Less than 7 days before the date of travel = fine of 100% of the total value of the package
The Contractor will have a period of up to 60 (sixty) calendar days to reimburse the Contractor in accordance with the conditions above, counting from the date of cancellation of the contracted trip. We always use the official Western Union dollar rate as a basis.
